Fields

SinglePage = 0

One page at a time (the default).

OneColumn = 1

The pages in one continuous column.

TwoColumnLeft = 2

The pages in two columns, odd pages on the left.

TwoColumnRight = 3

The pages in two columns, odd pages on the right.

TwoPageLeft = 4

Two pages at a time, odd pages on the left (PDF 1.5).

TwoPageRight = 5

Two pages at a time, odd pages on the right (PDF 1.5).
