Fields

None = 0

No permissions granted.

Print = 4

Print the document (bit 3); possibly in degraded quality unless PrintHighQuality is also set.

ModifyContents = 8

Modify the contents of the document by operations other than those of the other flags (bit 4).

CopyContents = 16

Copy or otherwise extract text and graphics (bit 5).

ModifyAnnotations = 32

Add or modify annotations and fill in form fields; with ModifyContents also create form fields (bit 6).

FillForms = 256

Fill in existing form fields, including signature fields, even without ModifyAnnotations (bit 9).

ExtractForAccessibility = 512

Extract text and graphics for accessibility purposes (bit 10; deprecated in PDF 2.0, readers should always allow this).

AssembleDocument = 1024

Assemble the document: insert, rotate or delete pages and create bookmarks or thumbnails (bit 11).

PrintHighQuality = 2048

Print in full quality (bit 12); only effective together with Print.
