Namespace MiPdf.Tagging

PdfStructureElement: An element of the logical structure tree (tagged PDF). Content on pages is linked to an element by drawing it between BeginTag(PdfStructureElement) and EndTag().

PdfStructureTree: The structure tree of a tagged PDF (/StructTreeRoot): the logical structure (headings, paragraphs, tables, figures) that screen readers and reflow use. Obtain it with EnableTagging().

PdfUAChecker: Checks the machine-checkable PDF/UA-1 requirements (Matterhorn protocol subset) and, for PDF/UA-2 documents, the main additional PDF/UA-2 requirements (structure namespaces, list numbering, widget descriptions): tagging, untagged content, metadata, title, language, embedded fonts, alternate text of figures, annotations, form fields and permissions. The containment rules of the structure types (ISO 32000-2, Annex L) are not checked. Semantic aspects (correct reading order, meaningful alternate texts) still need human review; use a full validator such as veraPDF or PAC for certification.

StructureType: Standard structure types (ISO 32000-1, 14.8.4, and ISO 32000-2, 14.8.4) for AddChild(string, string?). Types marked "PDF 2.0" are standard only in PDF/UA-2 documents; types marked "PDF 1.7 only" are not part of the PDF 2.0 namespace and stay in the PDF 1.7 namespace there.

ArtifactType: Artifact types for BeginArtifact(ArtifactType) (content that is not part of the logical structure).
