Class PdfName
A PDF name object (e.g. /Type). Instances are interned, so reference comparison is valid,
but Equals(object?) also compares by value. The value excludes the leading slash.

Remarks
Frequently used names are available as static fields named like the PDF name they represent,
e.g. Type for /Type (exception: IdentityH is /Identity-H).
Other names are obtained with Get(string).
